Hotel Estelar Miraflores - Lima

Amazing views, greatly enjoyed particularly good and perfect setting.

the restaurant was very nice at 21 floor, we ordered hot dishes. there was plenty of food for breakfast, including cereal, pastries, pancakes, fruit, and cheese.

The room was new-fashioned & newly decorated, came with jacuzzi and an amazing view, as example. The personnel was quick to help. Also, location was great and easy, at a medium distance from an outdoor mall.

Noisy room for two reasons: located at the back of the very noisy elevetors, and one floor up from the swimming pool with terrace where two american ladies had a quite noisy conversation after midnight; limited parking lot, with too limited space for the average car.

Nothing too much trouble, I can't recommend highly enough this venue to anyone. Make sure you stay in the premium king room with the view of the city. The hotel has marvellous and lovely location near to the sea shore. A nice touch is also the hot beverages in the outdoor bar🙂

The staff was very kind. The room and bathroom were big.

We really hated the mattress, which was too soft, and the pillows, which were so huge that we had to sleep without them. Besides that, the hotel is placed on a very busy and noisy avenue, a fact that disappointed us a lot, given that we were expecting a charming location.

I requested an early check-in, but it took until 3:00 PM to get my room ready despite assurances it would be earlier. Plus, the air conditioning was broken.

The bed was excellent and comfortable. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. Rooms (king suite) were big. Room were well equipped with ironing board, hair dryer etc etc. Pool is outside and small.

The room smelled quite bad probably because the hotel is quite old. Things didnt feel very modern. A staff entered our room when we were almost naked because we didnt hear him knock on the door (i am not old, 25, and hear very well). Jacuzzi too loud.

Great staff, very serviceminded. Wonderful view over Miraflores and the sea. I liked the chocolateman who came to our room with chocolate every evening and the tortillaman who made tortillas on demand at breakfast.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of tasty options. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. I found the limited early check-in policy quite frustrating, especially after a long flight.

My suggestion is to improve the noise reduction systems as bedrooms are too "noisy"

The thunderbird is an excellent hotel to stay very comfortable. Helpful staff. Good breakfast, and in excellent locations.
